The video was made for the 'Miners and Silica: the Binational Interplay between South Africa and United Kingdom' conference at Sciences Po University, Paris, 24-25 September 2013, as part of a European research network on occupational health, in which each participant provided a review of the proceedings of the 1930 conference.
